3C fresh blueberries deep dish graham cracker pie crust 3/4C sugar 1/3C flour 1/8t salt 1t vanilla 2 eggs 2/3C sour cream (. ...and no you can't taste the sour cream) Topping: 1/4C sugar 1/4C dark brown sugar 1/2C flour 1/4C cold butter (i think I used a T less, so 3T) Put 3/4C cup sugar, 1/3C flour, salt, vanilla, eggs, sour cream stir until blended. Place blueberries in your pie crust. Spoon over the mixture. Topping: Combine last 3 ingred, and cut in butter until mixture resembles course meal. Sprinkle this mixture over sour cream mixture. There is no way I could use all of this mixture. I used a little over half I think. Bake 350 for 55-65 min (whenever crust looks like a nice brown) edit* oh, also added a pinch of cinnamon to the filling |

Thanks for this yummy recipe! I love blueberries!! Can't wait to try it. And frankly, Mrs J, you are my hero! All the activity at your home right now, and you are baking up like Martha Stewart!! Incredible |
Yeah! Someone is back in the kitchen! |
I am so happy to see you posting your recipes again, they've been missed. This one looks so yummy. |
Oh. My. Goodness. I am now officially starving. |
John is going to LOVE this! Blueberries are his favorite. |
Can I use frozen blueberries? If so, should they be thawed before mixing? I am so making this.....nomnomnom (we need an "I'm eating" emoticon) |
Most of the time, I take all my fresh blueberries and stick the pints in the freezer, so that's what I used! I thawed them in microwave (defrost) and then tossed them in a heaping T of flour. |
This looks really good--we love anything with a graham cracker crust! Blueberries are a favorite in our house too! |
DH is a dessert monster, my two son's, not so much. I made this last week and got three thumbs up and make it again. |
